Christmas Eve Tour - 24 December 2018

Tour Starts: 8.30am, Victoria (4 Fountain Square, 123-151 Buckingham Palace Rd, London)

Christmas Eve tour visiting the splendour of Leeds Castle and the historic town of Canterbury. The day then continues with a traditional lunch, before moving on to witness the magnificent White Cliffs of Dover, before returning to London, driving through the magnificent Maritime Greenwich.

Leeds Castle

Set in the middle of a natural lake, and surrounded by 500 acres of parkland and gardens, Leeds Castle was described by Lord Conway as “the loveliest castle in the world”. Gaining entry to Leeds Castle before the doors open to the public, gives an almost private viewing, once the retreat for Henry VIII to escape the raging plague in London, during his reign. Before leaving, you have time to explore the magnificent grounds where you will find the “Lady Baillie Garden” with views over the lake, an aviary and a maze.

Walking Tour of Canterbury

Enjoy a guided walking tour of medieval Canterbury and see the Gothic-style cathedral. Viewed as the centre of English Chrisitianity, Canterbury is packed full of ancient history and captivating stories.

Two Course Lunch

Enjoy a traditional two course lunch at a location near Canterbury Cathedral.

White Cliffs of Dover

Continuing our tour through the beautiful countryside of Kent we pass quaint little villages and upon arriving at Dover, rising some 400 feet above sea level you will see the famous White Cliffs, a stunning coastline facing continental Europe. High on the top of the cliffs you will see Dover Castle, a medieval fortress which for the last 800 years has stood watch over the town.


Heading back to London we drive through Maritime Greenwich - a World Heritage site on the River Thames. Home of Greenwich Mean Time, the Royal Observatory and the world famous Cutty Sark.
