Love London Guided Bike Tour is a 3.5 hour relaxed ride through the West End exploring some of the city's most theatrical, artistic and culture sights. As you ride through St James's Park, you'll see Buckingham Palace, before window shopping in the luxury Mayfair area, famous for its exclusive shops and galleries. We'll take you to the lively Soho, Carnaby Street and Covent Garden district of London, before a ride across Waterloo Bridge with its spectacular views of London.
Your London Bike Ride begins at The London Bicycle Company office near Waterloo, Central London. Here you will be equipped with your bicycle and safety gear, and your guide will assist you with any questions you may have.
Your journey begins as we ride to Archbishop's Park, a secluded green area of tranquility that backs onto Lambeth Palace, the home of the Archbishop of Canterbury since the 13th century.
Passing Westminster Abbey School, we visit the world famous Horse Guards Parade, the location where many Royal Military spectaculars are hosted, plus the actual historic sporting ground where Henry VIII once hosted jousting tournaments.
You can enjoy window shopping as we ride through the exclusive London district of Mayfair, home to many luxury shops and galleries, and one of the most expensive neighbourhoods in the entire city.
Passing along Carnaby Street, still know today as the centre of 60's Swinging London - It's then onto Soho, a favourite haunt of the mods and hippies of the same era, and the stomping ground of famous British bands like The Rolling Stones and The Beatles.
Covent Garden is the home of London's West End Theatres, high quality restaurants and the famous street performers, who perform in Covent Garden main piazza.
As the tour draws to a close, we head over Waterloo Bridge, and make a brief photo stop for the amazing views of London's East and West. Once we are on the southern side of the river, your guide will show you a hidden underground tunnel, (sometimes known as Banksy's Tunnel) a unique and fascinating passage filled with every changing street art.
From here your guide will navigate you back to your finish point, where you can share your memories with the rest of your group, over a refreshing drink or bite to eat.
